How do you access our services?
You do not need a physician's referral to see a physiotherapist.
Please call 519 733-8100 to schedule an assessment or stop in and speak to our receptionist. There is no wait list for
appointments.
How do you pay for services?
Physiotherapy is a fee for service business and payment will be required following each treatment.
Plans that cover the cost of physiotherapy may be available through the following:
Extended Health Plans: check with your employer's private insurer.
Motor Vehicle Insurance: check with your insurance company.
Students: Dependant students may have coverage with a parent's extended benefit plan or through their school's insurance plan.
Post Secondary Students: Some post-secondary students have a health plan included with tuition.
WSIB: Full physiotherapy coverage if injury occurred at work and is accepted by the Workers Safety & Insurance Board.
If you do not have insurance you will pay privately. Remember to keep your physiotherapy receipts to claim as a medical expense for tax purposes.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit, Visa & Mastercard.
